The body of Indian tourist Mr. Srimani, who fell from Na Muang 2 Waterfall in Koh Samui, Surat Thani, on November 9, was found around 4 p.m. on November 10. Rescuers located his body approximately 800 meters from where he fell.
Mr. Srimani's friend reported that they had visited the waterfall together, climbing to the upper levels despite heavy rain. Although locals warned them of the danger, they continued to the top to take photos. Tragically, Mr. Srimani slipped near the waterfall’s cliff edge and fell, disappearing into the water below as his friend looked on helplessly. Authorities responded quickly, but it took nearly 24 hours to locate his body.
