On November 14, a heavy rainstorm lasting over an hour flooded parts of Bo Win subdistrict in Si Racha, Chonburi, with water levels reaching 30-50 centimeters, particularly on the Pakruam-Saphan Si road. The flooding caused significant traffic disruptions, making it difficult for vehicles to pass, including cars and motorcycles. This area often floods during heavy rain due to an unfinished road project that has been ongoing for 5-6 years, leaving drainage systems inadequate. The road is a key route connecting Si Racha to Pluak Daeng in Rayong and serves numerous nearby industrial estates. Local residents are urging contractors to complete construction to prevent recurrent flooding issues.
