At 12:10 AM on November 15, Chokchai Police Station in Bangkok received a report of a vehicle fire within a condominium parking area on Soi Chokchai 4, Lane 37, in Ladprao District. Fire and rescue teams from Ladprao arrived with a water truck to handle the situation.

Upon arrival, authorities found flames originating from a pile of garbage under the building, which had spread to a parked pickup truck. Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control in approximately 10 minutes. The pickup truck was significantly damaged, with two other nearby vehicles also sustaining damage.

Preliminary investigations suggest the fire began in the garbage pile before spreading to the vehicles. Authorities are awaiting further information from the pickup truck owner to confirm the exact cause of the fire.
