On November 15, 2024, Thailand Post Co., Ltd. announced its financial performance for the first nine months of 2024, revealing a total revenue of 15.86 billion baht. The logistics and transportation sector emerged as the top growth driver, accounting for 46.48% of the company's revenue. Domestic logistics services, particularly the Express Mail Service (EMS), showed notable growth of 8.07%.

Dr. Danan Suphatthaphan, CEO of Thailand Post, highlighted that the revenue increase aligns with the growth of sectors like retail and e-commerce. Domestic parcel services grew by 18.45%, underlining customer confidence in Thailand Post's continuously improved solutions and services. Brand trust was reaffirmed by a customer confidence survey, which recorded a high score of 91.87% in 2024.

From January to September 2024, revenue distribution was as follows:

  1. Logistics and Transportation Services: 46.48%
  2. Postal Services: 34.54%
  3. International Services: 12.14%
  4. Retail and Financial Services: 4.48%
  5. Other Businesses: 0.85%
  6. Miscellaneous Revenue: 1.15%

Thailand Post is also advancing a proactive strategy to expand revenue streams by integrating digital and physical services to attract both existing and new customers.
